QDN — Networking model

QDN members, at a gathering, unanimously endorsed a document (produced by member Tony Breadsell) that outlines our model of networking. It allows for three levels of operation.

  • top down networking (The Hub)
  • bottom up networking (The Macro Response)
  • local networking (The Micro Response)
