QDN — What is QDN?

  • QDN is a Queensland-wide network of people with disability

  • QDN is run and managed by people with disability for people with disability

  • QDN is an incorporated organisation managed by a committee of people with disability under its Rules (constitution - follow this link for a Word version of the Rules, or follow this link for a html version of our Rules).

  • QDN provides a mechanism for people with disability to have a say in the issues that affect our lives - to have a voice

  • QDN is funded by the Queensland State Government (Disability Services Queensland) to act as a Ministerial advisory body
    .
  • QDN networks via a model of networking unanimously approved by representatives attending our state-wide gatherings

QDN is NOT a peak body or an advocacy organisation.

Members are welcome. Membership is free.
