Ready to go is QDN’s project supporting Queenslanders with intellectual or learning disability to get ready for the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
This work gives people the chance to learn about the NDIS, and what it means for their life. It is designed to develop their skills and capacity to navigate the NDIS, and be empowered customers in the new system.
Workshops and activities to start people with an intellectual or learning disability on their journey towards the NDIS. These tailored activities support participants and their family members and carers, in learning about the NDIS and what it means for them, in a fun and welcoming group.
This is a free online workshop for people with an intellectual or learning disability, to start their journey towards the NDIS - based on the Plan ahead workshops and activities.
My Learning Passport gives participants an opportunity to learn in an interactive and fun way at their own pace and in their own environment.
We also offer staff training and development workshops with a focus on learning about the Ready to go tools and how to support a participant in their pre-planning and planning activities.
